What Are Iso Fit Reward Points?

Iso Fit reward points are part of our loyalty rewards program designed to thank you for choosing Iso Fit. During specified promotion periods, you earn 1 Iso Fit point for every HK$1 you spend on purchases at Iso Fit. These points can be applied toward future session packages and purchases.

How to Check Your Reward Points Balance

NOTE: The Mindbody mobile app does not display reward point information. You must use a web browser to view your points.

Steps to View Your Points:

  1. Open a web browser on your computer or mobile device
  2. Navigate to the Mindbody website and log into your account
  3. Click on "My Info" in the navigation menu
  4. Select "Account" from the options
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page to view your reward points balance and expiry dates (if applicable)

What You'll See:

  • Current reward points balance
  • Expiry date for points (if the promotion included an expiration period)
  • Points earned from recent purchases

How to Redeem Your Reward Points

Online Redemption (Consumer Mode)

Reward points can be redeemed when making purchases through the Mindbody website in consumer mode.

WARNING: Points cannot be redeemed through:

  • The Mindbody mobile app
  • The Mindbody business app
  • Branded mobile apps

Steps to Redeem Points Online:

  1. Log into your Mindbody account via web browser
  2. Browse available sessions or packages
  3. Add your desired purchase to your cart
  4. During checkout, select the option to apply reward points
  5. Choose how many points you wish to redeem
  6. Complete your purchase

In-Studio Redemption

Visit Iso Fit's front desk, and our staff can redeem your points for you during any purchase. This is often the most convenient option if you're already at the studio.

Important Restrictions: Reward Points and Discounts

ALERT: You cannot use reward points in combination with percentage-based discounts.

What Happens When You Try to Use Both

When attempting to purchase with reward points and a discount code, you will see this red warning message:

"Discounts do not apply towards purchases made using Rewards Points. If you wish to continue processing this sale with Rewards Points, then the full amount ($XX) will be charged."

Your Options:

If you want to use both your reward points and receive a reduced price:

  1. Contact Iso Fit's front desk before making your purchase
  2. Our staff can manually adjust the item price (rather than applying a percentage discount)
  3. This price adjustment can then work with your reward points
  4. NOTE: This adjustment can only be processed in person at the studio—it cannot be done online or through the app

Do my Reward Points Expire?

This depends on the sepcific promotion period. Make sure to check the terms and conditions of each promotion - some reward points will have an expiry date built in. In your account details, it will show the expiry date of your reward points (if applicable).
