Getting started is straightforward and designed to ensure you receive the most effective, safe training from day one.


Your 4-Step Getting Started Process

Step 1: Book Your Assessment Session

All new clients begin with a 60-minute Assessment session. This initial consultation is required before joining any Iso Fit program.

You have two convenient booking options:

Step 2: Complete Your Registration

When you book your Assessment, you'll receive a comprehensive registration form to complete before your session. This form helps our instructors understand your health history, fitness goals, and any special considerations.

Step 3: Prepare for Your Assessment

What to bring to your Assessment session:

  • Suitable exercise clothing (comfortable, movement-friendly attire)
  • Clean socks (required for all sessions)
  • Any relevant medical information or doctor's notes (if applicable)

What to expect: Your 60-minute Assessment includes:

  • Postural alignment analysis
  • Strength and flexibility evaluation
  • Discussion of your fitness goals
  • Introduction to how Pilates addresses your specific needs
  • Personalized program recommendations

Step 4: Choose Your Training Path

After your Assessment, your instructor will recommend training options based on your goals, experience level, and budget. You can choose from:

  • Group classes (Mat or Reformer)
  • Studio sessions (one-on-one or two-on-one)
  • Physiotherapy rehabilitation programs

Assessment Requirement The Assessment session is highly recommended for all new clients. This requirement ensures your safety and maximizes the effectiveness of your training from the very first class.

Experienced Practitioners If you have significant Pilates experience and wish to join group classes immediately, contact us to discuss flexibility options. However, the Assessment still provides valuable insights for optimizing your experience in our specific studio environment.

Physiotherapy Clients If you're seeking physiotherapy rehabilitation, you'll begin with a 55-minute physiotherapy-specific assessment. This differs from the standard Assessment session and includes additional medical evaluation
