There are four convenient ways to book your Pilates class or session with Iso Fit. Each method connects directly to our real-time schedule, ensuring you always see current availability and can secure your spot instantly.
Choose the booking method that works best for you:
Website Direct Booking – Book immediately through our website's direct Mindbody integration
Iso Fit Branded App – Download our dedicated mobile app for fastest access on your phone
Website Schedule Widget – Browse and book directly from embedded schedule views on our website
Mindbody Consumer App – Use the main Mindbody app if you already have it installed
All four methods access the same schedule and pricing, so your choice simply depends on your preferred way to interact with our booking system. Select the method below that matches how you'd like to book, and we'll walk you through the specific steps.
Customer Account Booking Instructions (Website)
This manual will walk you through the steps required to book, reschedule and cancel sessions. Any changes or information not accessible via this client management system can be addressed by contacting Isofit directly at 2869-8630 or email at info@isofit.com.hk
You can also click on the “Help” tab in the login screen, which will help guide you through the process.
Step 1: Go to www.isofit.com.hk . Click on the member login link at the top right hand side of the page. This will take you to the booking system login page. Enter your login details and password.

Step 2: Congratulations! You have logged into your account successfully.
Sections to your account:
Profile: This page lists your contact information.
My Schedule: This screen will list all the classes you have signed up for..
Visit History: This screen will show your past visit history.
Purchase History: This screen will display all the charges you have accrued in the last several months. A complete list is available by reaching Isofit directly.
Account: Account shows the current billing month’s services along with any payment plans you have committed to. Deposit information is also available in this section.

Step 3: How to book a Group Class. PLEASE NOTE THAT IN ORDER TO BOOK A SESSION ON-LINE, YOU MUST HAVE A VALID PACKAGE FOR THAT SERVICE OTHERWISE THE SYSTEM WILL NOT LET YOU BOOK.
For Group Classes, please click on the "Classes" Tab. You can search by date, or filter by class type, level or teacher. Then click on the "Sign Up Now" button next to the class that you would like to book.

Step 4: How to book a Studio (Private/Semi Private) Session.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IN ORDER TO BOOK A SESSION ON-LINE, YOU MUST HAVE A VALID PACKAGE FOR THAT SERVICE OTHERWISE THE SYSTEM WILL NOT LET YOU BOOK.
If you are new to us and booking on-line for the first time, then after clicking on the "Appointments" Tab, and then choose the type of service you are trying to book.
PLEASE NOTE: For Semi-Private packages, make sure to choose the exact type of semi-private package before continuing otherwise the system will return an error when booking.

After you have selected the specific appointment, you can then filter your search by instructor, and date. Click on the Search button to give you all the available appointments for this search.
PLEASE NOTE: Selecting “as soon as possible” will only return the next few days. Selecting “Next Month” will show results until the end of the current month. If you want to view the availability in the month ahead, you must select your own dates.

From the available dates listed, click on “Book” to select a slot.

In the next screen, click on “Book Appointment” to complete the booking. Your Appointment has now been booked and will appear in “My Schedule” screen of you online profile. Please remember to check the cancellation policy on this screen.

If you have visited us already, there will be a "Recent Appointments" section, after you click on the “Appointments” tab. Click on the link "Find more of these" next to the appointment type you would like to book to search for appointments of the same service type and with the same instructor. You can then select a slot that suits you. If you would like to refine your search, click on the "Edit Search" button at the top of the page. You can filter by Service type, Instructor, and Date.
Step 5: How to see your schedule and cancel a session.
PLEASE NOTE THAT A SESSION ONLY BE CANCELLED BY GIVING MORE THAN 24HRS NOTICE. WITHIN THE 24HR PERIOD, THE SYSTEM WILL STILL ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL BUT YOU WILL BE CHARGED.
Click on the "My Info" Tab. Then click on the "My Schedule" Link. Click on the "Cancel" link next to the session that you would like to cancel. If you are unsure, please contact Iso Fit at 28698630.

Ensure you have the Isofit app downloaded on your phone.

Open the app and log in.
2. Booking a Private or Semi-Private Session 0:29
Go to the 'Book' section in the app.
Choose the category for your booking (private, semi-private, or rehab session)
Select the type of session you want to book (e.g., private lesson) and press continue
Choose the date, time and instructor. You can use the filters in the top right hand corner in order to narrow the options available to you.
Not sure what active packages you have? Check your active packages under 'My Profile' to see available sessions and packages.
3. Confirm Your Booking 1:30
Click on the session you want to book and then click “Continue” and then 'Buy'.
If you have an active session in your account, the appointment will be booked.
If not, you will be directed to the checkout process to purchase a new session.
4. Check Your Upcoming Schedule 2:39
Go to 'My Profile' and then click on schedule to view your upcoming schedule.
If you have allowed schedule notifications and communications in your account with us, then you will receive an email notification. If not, you will not receive any notification. Please make sure to keep track of your schedule.
5. Cancelling an Appointment 3:19
Go to 'My Profile' and then click on schedule to view your upcoming schedule.
You can cancel by clicking on the cancel button next to your booking
Be cautious with the cancellation feature; you can cancel even within 24 hours, but it will count as a late cancel.
If cancelling outside of the 24-hour window, you will not be charged.
6. Booking a Class 3:41
Go to 'Book' and select 'Classes'.
Browse the list of available classes. Choose the date, time and instructor. You can use the filters in the top right hand corner in order to narrow the options available to you.
Select a class (e.g., reformer class) and choose the date and time.
7. Confirm Class Booking 4:07
Click 'Book Now' and then “confirm your booking”.
If you have a package, the class will be booked without additional payment.
If you do not have any active package, you will be asked to make payment
8. Cancelling a Class 4:40
Similar to appointments, you can cancel classes.
If cancelling less than four hours before the class, you will incur a charge.
9. Purchasing a New Package 5:20
You can buy a new package through the app.
Check with the front desk for any available discounts that may apply to you before purchasing.

Iso Fit's website features embedded booking widgets that allow you to browse our schedule and book classes directly without leaving the page you're on. These widgets are powered by Mindbody and appear throughout our website for quick access to both group classes and private sessions.
There will be booking widgets scattered across the Iso Fit website to make booking as easy as possible. These widgets will generally either be for booking appointments (Private/Semi Private) or for booking classes (Group classes). The below is an example of the "Book Your Appointment" widget.
Click on the widget to view available appointment types:
Private Lesson
Semi-Private Lesson
Assessment
Select the type of session you'd like to book.
You'll see a list of available instructors. You have two options:
Select a specific instructor – Choose your preferred teacher to view their personal availability
Select "Any Staff" – View all available time slots across all instructors (note: you'll see availability but won't know which instructor until after booking)
Browse the calendar to find available appointments with your selected instructor. If no slots are available on the current day, use the calendar navigation to check upcoming days.
When you find a suitable time slot, click on it and select "Add to Cart" to proceed with your booking.
If you're not already logged in, a pop-up window will appear prompting you to sign in to your Iso Fit account before continuing. Enter your credentials to proceed.
The system will automatically check for available packages or credits in your account:
If you have a private session package: Your session will be deducted from your available credits, and your amount due will show as zero
If you don't have available credits: You'll be prompted to purchase the session
Even when your amount due is zero (because you're using a package), you must select a payment method to complete the booking. Choose either:
A saved payment method on file
Add a new payment method
NOTE: No charge will be processed if you're using existing package credits.
Review all booking details and click "Confirm Booking" to finalize your appointment.
You'll receive an email confirmation if you've opted in to receive booking notifications.
Locate the "Book a Class" section on the website, typically found on the Group Classes or Schedule page.
View the available group classes, including:
Class name and type
Day and time
Instructor name
Available spots remaining
Click on your desired class time (e.g., "Thursday at 6:30 PM Reformer Flow") and select "Book".
If you have available class credits in your account, the booking will be completed automatically using those credits. If not, you'll be prompted to purchase the class or a class package.
WARNING: You cannot cancel or modify bookings via the website widgets.
To manage your bookings (cancel, reschedule, or view details), you must:
Log in to your account directly via the Iso Fit website
Use the Iso Fit branded mobile app
Contact our studio directly
Stay logged in: Log in to your Iso Fit account before browsing the widgets to streamline the booking process
Check your packages first: Know which credits or packages you have available before booking
Consider the app: For full booking management capabilities including cancellations, use the Iso Fit mobile app instead of website widgets
If you already have the Mindbody app installed on your mobile device, or prefer using a single app to manage bookings across multiple studios and wellness providers, you can book your Iso Fit sessions directly through the Mindbody platform.
