Physical Rehabilitation in Central, Hong Kong

Overview

Physio Fit is our physical rehabilitation unit located adjacent to the Iso Fit studio in Central, Hong Kong. We specialize in Pilates and GYROTONIC® based rehabilitation delivered by qualified, registered physiotherapists. Our team treats a wide range of injuries and pathologies in a professional, physiotherapeutic environment.

Our Philosophy

We believe in healing through movement. Our approach focuses on treating the root cause of your condition and strengthening your body so it works for you, not against you. Our physiotherapists will guide you through rehabilitation, restore your full fitness, and train your body to minimize the risk of re-injury.

The Physio Fit Process

1. Referral

Physical rehabilitation clients should come with a referral from a Hong Kong doctor. Please contact us directly to book your initial assessment.

2. Assessment

During your initial physical assessment, our physiotherapists will work with you to establish joint goals and develop a personalized rehabilitation programme.

3. Treatment

Your treatment progresses through three phases:

  • Rehab – Address the injury and restore function
  • Post-Rehab – Build strength and stability
  • Conditioning & Fitness – Optimize performance and prevent re-injury

Ask our physiotherapists to learn more about each phase.

4. Maintenance

Rehabilitation doesn't end when pain subsides. Once you've completed your programme, you'll be ready to transition into our fitness environment for ongoing wellness and performance.

Pilates Rehabilitation

Our physiotherapists are fully trained in the Polestar Pilates method, a comprehensive rehabilitation approach developed by Brent Anderson PhD in 1992. Polestar Education combines the teachings of Joseph Pilates with modern medical research to create a cutting-edge training system for qualified medical practitioners.

Pilates rehabilitation is one of the most effective methods for returning to your normal fitness routine. Our experienced physiotherapists provide personalized guidance and achieve excellent results across a wide spectrum of patients.
