Iso Fit Package Validity & Expiry — All Package Types

Iso Fit Package Validity Period

Iso Fit Package Validity Period

  1. What is a package validity period?

Every Iso Fit package has a fixed validity period — this is the expiry date by which all sessions or classes must be completed. Once a package expires, unused sessions or classes can no longer be accessed.

This applies to all package types offered at Iso Fit, including but not limited to:

    • Private sessions
    • Semi-private sessions
    • Reformer classes
    • Mat classes
    • Group classes
    • Rehabilitation programmes

Do all packages have an expiry date?

Yes. Every package at Iso Fit has an expiry date, regardless of package type. Sessions and classes must be completed within the validity period from the date of purchase.

To check the validity period for each package, visit: https://www.isofit.com.hk/fees-and-schedule

Why do packages have an expiry date?

A validity period exists for several reasons:

Consistency and results — Pilates is a progressive practice. Regular attendance produces better outcomes. A defined validity period encourages clients to maintain a consistent schedule.

Optimal frequency — The benefits of any Pilates or GYROTONIC® programme are significantly accelerated when you attend at least twice per week.

Fair resource allocation — Studio space, equipment, and instructor availability are finite. Validity periods help ensure these are distributed fairly and sustainably across all clients.

Business sustainability — A predictable session flow allows Iso Fit to maintain quality, staffing, and facilities over time.

How long is the validity period on my package?

Validity periods vary by package type. Check the current validity period for each package at: https://www.isofit.com.hk/fees-and-schedule

Tips for completing your package before it expires

    • Aim to attend at least once per week — twice per week accelerates results significantly
    • Book sessions or classes in advance to secure your preferred times
    • Try sessions with a variety of instructors — this makes scheduling easier and reduces the risk of expiry due to one instructor's availability
    • If your package includes complimentary group classes, prioritise your studio sessions first

My package has expired — what are my options?

If you were unable to complete your sessions or classes before the expiry date, there are two options:

    1. Pay an extension fee — An administration fee applies. Contact our staff for details on the current extension policy.
    2. Purchase a new package of equal or greater value — This will reactivate your expired package, restoring access to any unused sessions or classes.

Speak to our team to find out which option is right for your situation.
