Iso Fit Package Validity Period
Iso Fit Package Validity Period
Is there a time limit on the validity of my package?

- Each package has a specific validity period. Packages expire after this period, and a new one must be purchased. Be sure you can comfortably complete all sessions in your package before making a purchase. Check the validity period of each package here - https://www.isofit.com.hk/fees-and-schedule
- We generally expect clients to attend at least once per week (the benefit of any programme is greatly accelerated once you are doing it at least twice per week).
- While we generally encourage clients to attend at least once per week, we understand that personal schedules and unforeseen circumstances may affect your ability to attend regularly. To accommodate this, we allow for a buffer of weeks within the validity period. This buffer is designed to provide flexibility for occasional scheduling challenges.
- We recommend taking sessions with a variety of instructors. Each instructor brings a unique perspective and expertise, contributing to your overall fitness journey. Exploring different teaching styles can enhance the benefits of your Pilates practice and will help ensure there are no issues with finishing within the validity period.
- If you are taking studio sessions are are given free group classes, we suggest that you focus on the studio package as a matter of priority.
Why do we have a validity period?
The validity period for our packages is implemented for several important reasons:
- Consistency in Service: Like many things in life, Pilates is a progressive form of exercise that often builds on previous sessions. Having a defined validity period encourages clients to maintain a consistent practice, promoting better results and a more fulfilling experience.
- Optimal frequency for accelerated benefits: Keep in mind that the benefits of any Pilates program are greatly accelerated when you attend at least twice per week. While we understand that this may not always be possible, striving for regular attendance can significantly contribute to your overall well-being.
- Encourages Commitment: The validity period encourages clients to commit to a regular schedule, fostering a more disciplined and effective approach to their fitness goals. This commitment often leads to better outcomes and a more rewarding Pilates experience.
- Planning: Having a validity period allows us to efficiently plan and allocate resources, including instructor availability and studio space. It ensures a balance between the demand for sessions and our capacity to provide quality service.
- Fair Allocation of Instructors: With a time-bound validity, we can better manage the distribution of sessions among our qualified instructors. This ensures that each client has fair access to instructors and maintains a high standard of personalized attention during sessions.
- Optimal Utilization of Studio Resources: Pilates studios have limited space and equipment. Implementing a validity period helps optimize the use of these resources, preventing unused sessions from accumulating and ensuring a smoother flow of clients through our studios.
- Business Sustainability: Setting a validity period is also crucial for the sustainability of our business. It helps in maintaining a steady and predictable revenue stream, allowing us to continue offering high-quality Pilates sessions and maintaining our facilities.
- Package Customization: Different clients have varying schedules and commitments. The validity period allows clients to choose a package that aligns with their availability and lifestyle, providing flexibility while still ensuring responsible use of resources.
In summary, the validity period is a strategic and essential component of our service model. It not only facilitates efficient resource management and business sustainability but also encourages clients to stay committed to their Pilates practice for optimal results.
