How to Reallocate Group Classes to the Correct Package in Mindbody

If you attended a Mat Group Class but noticed your Reformer/Equipment package was charged instead (or vice versa), we can fix this for you. Unfortunately this is a quirk in the system that we cannot do anything about - this sometimes happens with our free promotional classes because both class types show as $0 in our system.

How to Tell If This Happened to You

Check your account in the Mindbody app or website. You might notice:

  • You attended a Mat Group Class, but a credit was deducted from your Reformer/Equipment package
  • You attended a Reformer Group Class, but a credit was deducted from your Mat package
  • Your remaining class credits don't match what you expected after attending a class

This issue most commonly occurs with our free promotional classes and unlimited packages. If you notice any discrepancy in your class credits after attending a session, please reach out to us right away so we can correct it for you.
