Terms and Conditions

All Polestar students must read and agree to these terms before accessing Iso Fit mentorship services. By using our services, you accept these conditions.

Payment and Booking

  • Payment: Mentorship packages are purchased via Mindbody using a monthly contract. You are not required to pay the full package upfront—charges will be processed monthly. Any charges applied are non-refundable.
  • Authorization Required: All session times must be authorized by Iso Fit in advance. Iso Fit has absolute discretion to approve or deny any session request. Students may be refused a requested session time if space is not available—in such cases, no recourse is available.
  • Cancellation: Cancel at least 4 hours before your session to avoid charges. Cancellations within 4 hours or no-shows will be charged the single session fee, which is non-refundable.
  • Session Limits: Maximum 2 unsupervised sessions per day.
  • Check-In: You must check in either using the check in system or by identifying yourself with the front desk (name and student number) before each session.

Package Terms

  • Purchase Required: Every participant (students and practice clients) must purchase a package or pay the single session fee.
  • Monthly Contracts: Mentorship packages are purchased through Mindbody on a monthly payment contract. Charges are processed monthly throughout the package validity period.
  • Package Cancellation: All mentorship packages can be cancelled with one month's notice. Notice must be provided in writing to Iso Fit.
  • Validity: The packages included in the mentoring programme will not be valid after the student has taken the corresponding Polestar Qualification exam, or after the validity period, whichever comes first. Packages are non-transferable.
  • No Refunds: Any charges applied (monthly package payments, no-show fees, late cancellation fees, or single session fees) are non-refundable.
  • Recording: All purchases and attendance are recorded in the studio system.

Practice Teaching Requirements

  • Waivers: Anyone you teach must sign the Iso Fit waiver before the session starts.
  • Payment: Practice clients must purchase a package or pay the single session fee before participating.
  • No Fees: You may not charge fees to persons you teach during supplementary mentoring hours.

Studio Rules

  • Priority Access: Iso Fit clients have first priority on equipment and space. You must vacate areas or equipment when requested by staff.
  • Supervision: Unsupervised sessions may not take place unless there is an Iso Fit staff member or teacher present in the studio.
  • Cleanliness: Keep the studio tidy. Return equipment to proper locations after use.

  • Professional Behavior: Treat all staff, clients, and students with respect and professionalism.
  • Safety: Practice within your skill level. Report injuries or equipment problems immediately.
  • Scope of Practice: Only practice techniques covered in your coursework. Never misrepresent your certification status.
  • Honesty: Accurately log practice hours and represent your student status truthfully.

Compliance and Termination

  • Right of Admission: Right of admission reserved. You must fully comply with all Iso Fit and Polestar rules and policies, or you may be asked by front desk staff to leave the premises.
