All Polestar students must read and agree to these terms before accessing Iso Fit mentorship services. By using our services, you accept these conditions.
Q: Do I have to pay for the full mentorship package upfront?
No. Mentorship packages are purchased through Mindbody on a monthly payment contract. Charges are processed monthly throughout the package validity period, so you don't need to pay the full amount upfront.
Q: Can I get a refund if I cancel my package?
No. All charges applied are non-refundable, including monthly package payments, no-show fees, late cancellation fees, and single session fees. However, you can cancel your package with one month's written notice to stop future charges.
Q: How do I cancel my mentorship package?

Q: What happens to my package when I take my Polestar exam?
Your package automatically expires after you take your corresponding Polestar Qualification exam, even if the validity period hasn't ended. This ensures packages are used for active training only.
Q: How far in advance do I need to cancel to avoid charges?
You must cancel at least 4 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the session start time will be charged the single session fee.
Q: What happens if I don't show up for my booked session?
You will be charged the single session fee for no-shows. This charge is non-refundable.
Q: Can I book as many sessions as I want in one day?
No. Students may attend a maximum of 2 unsupervised mentoring sessions per day.
Q: What if I request a session time but there's no space available?
Iso Fit has absolute discretion to approve or deny session requests based on space availability. If you're refused due to unavailability, no recourse is available. We recommend booking in advance and being flexible with timing.
Q: Can I bring my own practice clients?
Yes, but every practice client must purchase a package or pay the single session fee before participating. They must also sign the Iso Fit waiver before the session starts.
Q: Can I charge my practice clients for sessions?
No. You may not charge fees to persons you teach during supplementary mentoring hours. These are training sessions, not paid client sessions.
Q: What if my practice client doesn't want to pay?
Payment is mandatory for all participants. If your practice client doesn't purchase a package or pay the single session fee, they cannot participate in the session.
Q: Can I just show up without booking?
No. All session times must be authorized by Iso Fit in advance. Students who haven't booked and registered for their session may be asked to leave.
Q: Do I need to check in every time?
Yes. You must check in either using the check-in system or by identifying yourself with the front desk (name and student number) before each session.
Q: What if a paying client needs the space I'm using?
Iso Fit clients have first priority on equipment and space. You must vacate areas or equipment when requested by staff.
Q: What happens if I violate these terms?
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access to mentorship services. Any charges applied prior to termination are non-refundable. You may also be asked by front desk staff to leave the premises.
